The Watchtower House

A stone’s throw from the medieval city of Todi (PG), immersed in the green countryside, we propose an antique farmhouse in stone surrounded by about approx. 1 hectare of garden with a panoramic swimming pool (12x6m).

The main house is about 150sqm and is composed as follows: Ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchenette, small bedroom and bathroom; First floor: two double bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

With independent entrance, in the basement, we find a mini-apartment of about 40sqm consisting of a living room with hidden kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The property also includes an annex of about 25sqm (which could be connected with the mainhouse to make an extension up to 100sqm); a porch of about 27sqm and a cellar / technical room with independent entrance.

The farmhouse dates back to 1732 but the oldest part dates back to 1300 as at that time a watchtower stood in that area to defend the territory and later belonged to the curia until the 1970s
