Agritourism in the heart of Umbria

In a very dominant position surrounded by the splendid countryside of Todi (only 10min) we propose a 22-hectare farm with a beautiful farmhouse of approx. 550sqm divided into 6 apartments (currently for agritourism use) of which three are composed of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom; Two apartments with living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms; while the last apartment has a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The land consists of 2.5 hectares of olive groves (about 300 trees) 12 hectares of arable land and 7 hectares of wood.
