A few kilometres from Orvieto and Todi, with a breathtaking view over the rolling hills covered with vineyards and olive groves, we propose this splendid stone farmhouse located in a dominant and very private position (without being isolated).

On the outside we find a splendid swimming pool, with Roman stair and solarium, it all surrounded by olive trees and the magnificent view of the green mountains covered with oak forest.
The farmhouse is composed of a living room with fireplace and kitchenette with access to a large panoramic porch, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms ( of which one en-suite) with showers on the ground floor; taking the stairs to the semi-basement we find a wide living room where a big fireplace asks for the attention, a third double bedroom and bathroom with shower and tub, in a second space we find a warehouse / garage (with the same excellent finishes as the rest of the house) with a large glass (garage) door.
