The second gate leads to the land and to a structure which is composed of a sitting room with a retractable kitchenette and two double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Thanks to the two separate entrances, the farmhouse lends itself very well as an accommodation facility. There is also the possibility of buying a second annex (a finely restored mini apartment) with more land.

Land property:
The land extends for about 1 hectare divided between cultivated land (arable land and olive grove) and a well-kept garden with English lawn and various fruit trees (figs, apricots, plums, peaches, medlar, cherries, almond trees, walnuts,) in the evening the external lights make the garden even more fascinating, both around the swimming pool and in the rest of the property.

The swimming pool (12x6m, depth 1.2-2.70m) is located on the same level as the main farmhouse with a view towards the hills of Todi.
